Dr. Vincent Muli Kituku, author, worldwide transformational speaker, and founder/director of Caring Hearts and Hands of Hope, Inc, provides practical insights and strategies that are guaranteed to transform organizations and individuals that want to increase productivity and achieve optimum potential. He has done it, successfully, since 1990. He set himself apart by delivering authentic, informative and high-energy messages that transform people, organizations and communities enabling an ability to experience greatness.
From the day he was born in Kangundo, Kenya, Vincent seemed destined for failure. Chronic stomach illness, early struggles in his schooling, six years in three grades, and the loss of six siblings did not stop Vincent from his dream, to be somebody, someday. He refused to be discouraged. He didn't let what he couldn't control become obstacles.
With simple and plain persistence, he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wyoming and has distinguished himself in the field of helping individuals, organizations and communities live up to their potential. In 1997. Dr. Kituku left corporate America in order to be more than a career. He has transformed his and our world with his knack for storytelling and ability to inform, empower, inspire, challenge and encourage people and organizations to reach new heights in their endeavors.
Dr. Kituku’s caring heart was evident in his formative years. On the day he was ordered to repeat sixth grade, he met an orphaned boy who had no lunch. Even though his own family was living in a mud house that was invaded by wild snakes, rats and ticks, he took him, introduced him to his parents and pleaded with them to let him live with the family. That boy, a brilliant student, would later join high school, leaving Vincent to repeat 7th grade, with his tuition paid for by Vincent’s parents. One directive by Vincent’s father, on the day the boy left for a boarding high school would forever transform Vincent’s academic endeavors. Vincent was commanded to carry that boy’s suitcase to the bus. He swore to never again carry anyone’s suitcase. He hit the books and the rest is history.
In 2010, Dr. Kituku returned to his native homeland, after living in the USA for 24 years, and found the devastating impacts of AIDS/HIV+, corruption and poverty in the lives of vulnerable children. In Kenya, where students have to pay for their high school education, the vulnerable ones are unable to climb out of their circumstances without money for tuition and other needs He founded Caring Hearts and Hands of Hope, Inc. that sponsors tens of hundreds of needy students. He raised the funds to build two boarding high schools (one for girls and the other one for boys, with a total capacity of 840 students. The high schools have attained national reputations for top-performance. He has tackled many other humanitarian projects, transforming lives and changing entire communities for the better.
When Dr. Kituku took his father to a public hospital, he (Vincent) became aware of the lack of quality healthcare in hospitals in Kenya. There was no medicine, no back-up source of electricity (thus risking the lives of patients on life support systems that use electricity power), no water or food for inpatients. That inspired Dr. Kituku to intervene. Caring Hearts and Hands of Hope bought and renovated a property to what is now Ngoo Sya Wendo (hearts of love) Healthcare Centre in Kangundo that has 24/7 medical care and ambulance services for an entire community and the surrounding areas.
The impact of Dr. Kituku's memorable speeches and workshops have benefited numerous Fortune 500 companies, a multitude of professional associations, universities, sports teams, charity organizations, and individuals in his private small workshops and coaching services. His expertise is sought after annually by many groups to establish creative strategies for educators, entrepreneurs, charities and youth development programs.

Your buoyant, encouraging message certainly demonstrates to everyone involved how to not only survive, but thrive in the turbulence of unexpected life changes. Your message crossed all boundaries; from the coach to the athlete, continuing on to the entrepreneur and business manager all the way to the company employee. It does no matter your "position" in life as your message conveyed and answered loud and clear.
